Pilates
Pilates is a gentle controlled form exercise that will improve posture, strength, flexibility and body tone. It’s also great for relaxation, relieving stress and tension and body awareness.

Pilates can also be used for rehabilitation from illness and injury by improving alignment, strengthening core muscles and improving the way we move.
The exercises can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and can be enjoyable and beneficial to all.
Reformer Pilates
The Pilates reformer is a specialist piece of equipment that adds resistance to Pilates exercises. This not only helps build strength but also increases proprioception and awareness to improve movement patterns.
Neuro Pilates
Pilates exercises can be particularly beneficial for those with neurological conditions such as Stroke, MS or Parkinson's Disease. The exercises include the fundamental principals but can be adapted to make them more accessible and target specific problems assosicated with neurological conditions.
